The Incredibles 2 teaser trailer: It is safe to say that Jack-Jack has every superpower we have heard of, from teleporting, to laser eyes to that whole fireball thing he did in the 2004 original.13 years ago, we met with the Parr family with Pixar’s animated superhero film The Incredibles. And looks like, the sequel will pick up things right where the 2004 original left us — with unveiling baby Jack-Jack’s superpowers. And boy, does he have some! It is safe to say that Jack-Jack has not just one or two but almost every superpower we have heard of, from teleporting, to laser eyes to that whole fireball thing which we had seen in the first part.

Much like Pixar’s fashion, not much has been revealed about the sequel through the first look. But the adorable yet terrifyingly superpowered baby Jack-Jack and Michael Giacchino’s soundtrack are enough to make us excited about entering this ‘incredible’ world again. However, we already know from the announcement earlier this year that The Incredibles 2 is going to shift focus from Mr Incredible to his wife Elastigirl aka Helen Parr. And this time, Bob will be busy handling the suburban family life, which he never quite mastered in the first movie.

In the trailer, when Jack-Jack spots the original Incredibles logo, he happily toddles over, laser-eyeing everything as he does, and then uses the dual beams to slice it into a more suitable sequel logo. In the 2004 original, his super-powered family with Violet, Dash, Helen and Bob — all believed he was the only unpowered member. But looks like, they are in for a surprise.

Later in the trailer, we see a moment when his dad Bob finally makes the discovery. ‘You… have… powers! Yeah baby!’ Mr Incredible delightedly shouts. But right then, Jack-Jack’s sneeze causes him to turn to a mini Human Torch with some electric currents and finally scorge his father’s hair off with his laser vision. After which, in true Jack-Jack fashion, he bursts into a fit of giggles.
