Complaints against Trisha, Vadivelu and Simbu at Tamil Film Producers Council

It is said that complaints against veteran comedian Vadivelu, Simbu and Trisha have been filed for causing huge loss to their producers of Pulikesi 2, AAA and Saamy Square respectively.Three complaints has been filed against actors Simbu, Trisha and Vadivelu at the Tamil Film Producers Council for unprofessional behaviour towards producers and causing huge loss to them. It is not new news that Simbu was on sets only for 29 days during the shooting for Aadhik’s AAA, that bombed at the box office. The actor had also allegedly asked the makers to release the film with the footage already canned, saying that it would take 3 years to complete the film otherwise.

Producer Gnanavel Raja who is the general secretary of TFPC touched upon the issue but refrained from mentioning names. However, if industry reports are to believed, there is no doubt as to identity of the actors in question.
“One actor has caused an unprecedented loss of Rs. 18 crores to a producer. Kathiresan from producer council and I went to meet this actor in a star hotel. We were waiting in the lobby from 11 PM to 5 AM in the morning. But, he didn’t even have the courtesy to turn up,” said Gnanavel Raja at an event recently indirectly referring to Simbu. He also spoke about two other actors who also had complaints against them.
Reports suggest that Director Shankar who is producing the sequel to much celebrated 23am Pulikesi featuring Vadivelu, has complained against the actor. The legendary comedian has reportedly refused to shoot for the film citing creative differences with the director. The complaint against Trisha was for walking out of Saamy Square where the actor also cited creative differences. Her exit from the project has reportedly caused significant loss to the producers.
