Nirapad News: Your mornings cannot get any better. Actress Sunny Leone, together with Times Wellness is releasing a fitness video titled Super Hot Sunny Mornings, which will feature Sunny doing a total of 40 to 45 intense and interesting exercises.
The video will be available in August on a mobile app, DVD and as a video on Youtube. Says she, “I was very particular about this workout. I wanted that whoever will watch this will actually work out and also not have any pressure of not having the proper equipment around.”
She feels an hour a day is enough to achieve your dream body. “I believe if you dedicate one hour to yourself you can build the body you want and have great energy throughout the day. This is a workout which I created for those who want to seriously change their bodies and who want to seriously dedicate the time to do so.” Sunny recommends plyometrics among a mix of exercises to achieve the desired physical transformation, as she believes that it is one of the best workouts. She even includes it in her own workout, “Forty minutes of cardio always and then I will do a mixture of weights and plyometrics. I believe that plyometrics is one of the best types of workout.” Besides that, she tries to keep her workouts interesting and switches routines often, alternating between spin cycle classes and hiking.
Ask her what’s her idea of a perfect morning and she is quick to say that it definitely involves an intense workout, “My perfect morning would be to wake up, eat breakfast, and then work out. I love working out in the morning so that I have lots of energy for the rest of the day,” she signs off.
