Maidaan is a true story based on the life of an unknown hero named Syed Abdul Rahim, who brought glory to India. This movie is set in the golden era of football (1952–1962), where Syed Abdul Rahim laid the foundation for the Indian football team. He coached the Indian team for 13 years and made them win a gold medal in Asian Games in 1962. Ajay Devgan played the lead role in this movie as Syed Abdul Rahim.
This one is from the mythological category, Adipurush is based on Ramayana. Prabhas is playing the role of Lord Ram, Kriti Sanon is playing the character of Sita, Saif Ali Khan is playing the role of Ravan, and Sunny Singh is playing the character of Lakshman. The story follows Lord Ram along with Lakshman, who travels to Sri Lanka with the help of Hanuman and their army to fight and defeat Ravan in order to rescue his wife.
