Insulted enough, she stated, that after they came back to their lodging, she sent Weinstein a pig trough loaded with Diet Coke — “fat f*** pig that he was” (that is the reason Diet Coke) — as a thank-you blessing.
Weinstein’s office expressed gratitude toward her for it, she stated, they had “missed the incongruity” of the unusual blessing.
Weinstein, a capable Hollywood figure who has won scores of Oscars and delivered such motion pictures as Pulp Fiction and Good Will Hunting, has been at the focal point of spiraling claims of sexually badgering female performers looking for work or effectively joined, including some driving stars.
He has since been terminated from the Weinstein Company that he helped to establish.
Sheffield said she and Bachchan met Weinstein conceivably in 2003-4 when the Indian on-screen character had been marked to act in Bride and Prejudice, a movie coordinated and delivered by Gurinder Chadha, who likewise influenced the notorious motion picture To twist it like Beckham.
